Memorial Day is on it's way -

I can't believe Memorial Day is just two weeks away! Which means, Summer is so close. I hope you're ready - I just spent some time today decorating my little home with my May RED LETTER DAY BOX. I put some ribbon here and felt balls there and I am ready to celebrate.

At least I think I'm ready. We got the propane tank replaced on the grill and actually grilled some hot dogs for a photo shoot for the June Box (which I am so excited about!). We got some tomato, and pumpkin starts to get our container garden going. We always miss the pumpkin planting season so hopefully this year I will have my own pumpkins.

There is so much to look forward to the rest of the month before summer officially arrives. Graduation is high on the list of celebrations this month. I have been so busy getting custom Letterman pillows stitched and out the door. I love creating these heirloom gifts for my clients - it is truly an honor to be trusted with these memories and celebrations.

Another big celebration this month is the arrival of mission calls and farewells. I created our CALLED TO SERVE bunting banner for these special ocassions. I hope your summer preparations go well - I hope you are not overwhelmed by all that is on your calendar and that you are able to take some time to at least think on those related or not who sacrificed for the wonderful freedoms we enjoy. Memorial Day is the start of summer, but it's also a special time to remember and be grateful and to honor. Enjoy!
